Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdsKurd ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

AdsKurd is a TikTok advertising service operated by AdsKurd, providing campaign management for businesses targeting Kurdish audiences in Iraq and the region.

Eligibility

To use AdsKurd, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid email address and phone number
• Have a legitimate business or product to advertise
• Comply with TikTok's advertising policies and community guidelines
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

Our Services

AdsKurd provides the following services:

• Creation and management of TikTok advertising campaigns
• Business page creation for customer contact
• Audience targeting tools for Kurdish-speaking markets
• Campaign performance reporting

We act as an intermediary between businesses and TikTok's advertising platform. We do not guarantee specific results, impressions, or conversions from any campaign.

Payments and Fees

AdsKurd charges a service fee of 33% on top of your advertising budget. This fee covers campaign management, platform maintenance, and customer support.

• Minimum campaign budget: $10 USD
• Payment methods: FastPay, FIB
• All prices shown include applicable fees

Prohibited Content

You may not use AdsKurd to advertise:

• Illegal products or services
• Tobacco, alcohol, or controlled substances
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Weapons or dangerous products
• Gambling or betting services (without proper licensing)
• Misleading or fraudulent products
• Content that violates TikTok's community guidelines
• Content that discriminates based on religion, ethnicity, or gender

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring all content you submit complies with applicable laws
• Providing accurate and truthful business information
• Keeping your contact information up to date

Campaign Review Process

All campaigns submitted through AdsKurd are reviewed by our team within 1-2 hours during business hours. We reserve the right to reject any campaign that violates our policies or TikTok's advertising standards.

Upon approval, campaigns are activated based on your selected start date. Campaign performance depends on various factors including audience size, content quality, and market conditions.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to AdsKurd. By submitting content, you grant AdsKurd a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of running your advertising campaigns.

AdsKurd's platform, design, and code are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

AdsKurd is not liable for:

• TikTok's decisions to approve or reject campaigns
• Changes in TikTok's advertising policies or algorithms
• Campaign performance results or return on investment
• Technical issues caused by third-party services
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control

Termination

AdsKurd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from the use of AdsKurd shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent courts in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
